You may be able to. I actually work dealing with these kinds of matters. Try calling your local Id Card Issuing facility and ask them. If not they should be able to give you a number to call where you can find if you are eligible to still receive these benefits. :0)
My husband is drinking himself to death . He has spent 10+ days in the hospital. Due to this.Will I be held responsable for the bills?
