  • Not really. If you paid money for it, you may as well suck it up and listen.
  • Yes. Jimmy Buffett. God he sucks. The tailgate party before his noise making was WAY more fun.
  • i walked out of the who concert to see some girl who liked me.
  • yes well actually it wasn't the concert that was bad, the bands were prettty decent it was just the old drunk man gropeing me from behind...ick hahahha
  • Deep Purple at the deMontfort Hall in Leicester several years - dire. I went and drained the bar before the interval... Ian Gillan should have hung the mike up years ago.
  • I really wanted to walk out on Deep Purple last year. I'm glad I stayed tho, got to hear the more classic hits. They were playing with Status Quo, which was the only reason I went in the first place!
  • We live in Ternopil, Ukraine, and two regular soloists at the local philharmonic--a young fat guy and an aging hippy that we call Leisure Suit Larry and Ponytail Perry--are so loud into the mike that my wife not only walks out when they sing, she always buys seats near the door just in case they're up.
  • I wanted to walk out on Huey Lewis and the News a few years back. He looked like he was drunk and sounded terrible. I stayed, just so I could make snide comments to hubby about it back and forth.
  • Yes. My sister and I went and saw Tim McGraw at the DTE Arena in Detroit, Michigan. Between the drunks, the crowd, and the overcrowding it was useless. You could hear, sort of, but not see anything. After being bumped, stepped on, having beer spilled on us, having to move to avoid 2 fights, and being cussed out for NOT moving fast enough for someone, we gave up and left about half way through it. We vowed to never go back to that arena again. We have, in fact, not been to a CONCERT since.
  • Well, I didn't walk out but, Van Halen in '81. David Lee Roth was so drunk he couldn't sing, he forgot the words when he did and most of the concert he sat or layed on top of the speakers with a bottle and made the crowd sing. It was the end of the tour but I don't care, I paid my money, I want to be entertained. Hell I can get that at any bar. I never went back to see them until they had a new singer, which I love Sammy. All this childish bullshit over their "reunion" tour this year, just proves how much they suck with the original line-up.
  • Yes, twice. The first one was The Counting Crows, when I was 15. It didn't help that I was just getting over mono, but the concert was REALLY bad anyway. If I hadn't been so tired I would have gotten up and walked out, bit since I was tired (and my mom wouldn't be back for me until after the concert) I just slept through it. The second time was last year. I hadn't been to a concert in years and was really excited to have a chance to see George Throughogood. It SUCKED. The sound was awful. The singing was bad. And he called us mother HUMPERS. Either be a man and use the real cuss word, or don't say anything at all. It's supposed to be a family show. My kid has already heard the other one and knows it's a bad word. I'd almost rather have her hear it again that to try to explain "mother humper" to her. Worst concert ever.
  • With the high price of tickets now, I wouldn't walk out. I've been to over 100 concerts, the closest I came to walking out was a 1985 Pretenders/Simple Minds show. I hated Simple Minds. I couldn't believe how awful the Pretenders were. I really didn't have a chance to walk out, they only played 45 minutes, what a rip-off.
