Yep, sure do!
No, my city is about 110,000 and all the utilities here take electronic payments!
Yes I do.
At least I was able to pay for my car registration to the state today on their web site, first time I could do that.
Nope, I live in a HUGE city.
Only if trash removal counts as a utility. They're my only paper bill.
Nope we are too big for that.
Yup...Population 300.
Our cities are the largest but hardly anyone wants to pay by electronic means even if it is enabled.Standing in long queues for hours on end to pay the bills is a favorite pastime of people in India.LOL!+
No, I live in a big town where everything is done electronically.
I might live in a town that small but I dunno cos I pay everything in cash anyway. I don't own a credit card and never will.

Yes, the water bill has to be paid by check, cash or money order.
No, but I pay with check by mail anyway. I prefer that to paying online for utilities.
i have traveled a lot over the years to remote areas and you will be surprised always be ready for the un expected ,make sure you have some cash on you as they will look at you a bit strangely when you present a credit card.

I have to write a cheque for the water bill to the water company in a town 17 miles away. The electricity is paid electronically; they supply power to 7 counties.
I live in one the biggest cities of the world, in my part of the not everything can be paid electronically. So, cash has to be paid for lots of stuff.
