NEUTRAL
You`re not Northern, Southern, or Western, you`re just plain -American-. Your national identity is more important than your local identity, because you don`t really have a local identity. You might be from the region in that map, which is defined by this kind of accent, but you could easily not be. Or maybe you just moved around a lot growing up.
I atually did move a lot growing up...
Neutral. I'm not surprised.
Southern, baby! Woohoo!
It said I was NEUTRAL -- just plain American. Guess that's good.
i am an austrailian, but i got northeastern
Western is kind of neutral, but not quite since it`s still possible to tell where you`re from. So you might not actually be from the West (but you probably are). If you really want to sound "neutral," learn how to say "stock" and "stalk" differently.
North Central.
Referred to as a "Minnesota Accent". It says it sounds like a Canadian accent which I guess makes sense because I am a Canadian.
Northern
You have a Northern accent. That could either be the Chicago/Detroit/Cleveland/Buffalo accent (easily recognizable) or the Western New England accent that news networks go for.
Which American accent do you have?
Western

... makes sense. I was raised and lived most of my life in California.
I wish you wrote what american accent you have as i'm from the UK. And the results say i'm from the north east :)

Makes sense, since I've lived in Michigan all my life.
Considering I am from Northern Ireland and live in England, I am quite impressed with my results!
Northeastern
This could either mean an r-less NYC or Providence accent or one from Jersey which doesn't sound the same. Just because you got this result doesn't mean you don`t pronounce R's.(People in Jersey don`t call their state "Joisey" in real life)
Neutral...and just plain according to the results lol! No Texas accent here :-)
Neutral.
I grow up in S Ill, I was always told I had an accent. And more so since moved to S Missouri.

Spot on. According to the quiz, I have a "Southern" accent. Can't argue with that. I'm a country boy, Tennessee born and raised.

My result: Neutral American...
However I was born in the middle east and still have some accent not very pronounce at all since I have lived here for over 30 years...
