  • On the list of problems the US faces, illegal immigration is way, way, way at the bottom if you ask me. The only reason anyone is talking about it is because it's something that the largest states are concerned with and, therefore, is on the minds of voters from these states. We need immigrant workers here and I think that the best thing to do is to let them come and work legally but not with the full rights of citizens. My state is loaded with immigrants both legal and illegal and they are definitely not the problem here. They are a very vital part of our economy and we need them. I don't see anything wrong with giving the illegal ones a work permit to work, make them pay taxes but not be subject to minimum wage laws or be eligible for social programs. If you want to have full citizenship priviledges you should become a citizen.
  • I'm in the Uk, and if my only sources of information were The Sun newspaper (which has the largest readership in the UK) and my mum, illegal immigrants and asylum seekers are to blame for everything- the state of the national health system, the lack of jobs, paedophilia. Not only is this scapegoating, its ignorant and very annoying!
  • I'll only start to get suspicious when the government forces them to wear yellow stars on their clothes.
  • In the US the economy is extremely strong. It is just time to ship them home before they bankrupt more of our organizations.
