  • It might seem but like most problems once they have reached critical mass they tend to take care of themselves because they must. Those who are unsafe will not last.
  • After about 12 close calls while driving this morning, I say yes. The police need to start ticketing the cell phone talking drivers.
  • It is if you were driving when you posted this question.
  • It is, and it's unfortunate. I've heard there's technology which prevents cell phone's from working whenever the phone is moving faster than 5 mph, and of course, the manufacturers are pushing hard to have it mandated. In the future we may not even be able to use our phones as passengers or even on mass transit thanks to these selfish idiots.
  • It is against the law in this country We were hit head on on our side of the road by a young guy who admitted he was texting to tell his sister he was late picking her up for church.
  • It is. I'm glad they passed a law up here in WA about texting and driving.
  • Texting is worse than talking on the phone. Talking, at least, you can watch where you're going. You have to take your eyes off the road when texting.
  • I've seen it done so many times and I don't understand what could be so damn important that a person has to put everyone around them at risk, just so they can text their friends. :( +5
