The quickest way to get rid of canker sores I know (and I suffer from them regularly) is to use Triamcinolone Acetonide. I have provided more information on how to use this on my blog http://www.cankersoresolutions.com. If you can't get hold of this, there are plenty of other remedies alsmo mentioned on the blog too.

Some junk called Amosan or something close to it. medicated mouth wash you should be able to pick it up at any pharmacy.
