    I might be able to.
I think Slim Fast is absolutely delicious.
And a sensible dinner perhaps every other night.

I do this sort of thing on the regular. Sometimes I'll even skip that first slimfast you mentioned..

I could, but why would I want to? Slimfast is disgusting and really not that good for you. Neither is cutting calories so drastically (I'm a fairly active person).

Make that six shakes for breakfast, six for lunch and six for dinner.

Throw in a couple of Wendys 99 cent hamburgers and i am good to go.

    I can do that!

    Does this count??

For a few days probably but not as a lifestyle. The only reason these celebrity spokespeople can stick with these things is because there is a pot of gold waiting for them which is most tempting.

That's in the middle of what I'm doing. You might not feel "full" but its suposed to help, lots of vitamins, and full proof way to get the calories down. Why don't you try the Slimfast shake with a dosage of psyllium to give a better "I'm full, don't want to eat any more right now thanks" feeling. The psllium will thinken the drink up, and it does help those with sugar cravings!

I use something else everyday. I felt a difference in the first couple of days and saw the change in a week. I guess you could say it's similar to slimfast but doesn't have all the sugar and you can have snacks and must have a sensible dinner. www.Yummy-Nutrition.com. ABSOLUTELY AWESOME I feel like I'm cheating everyday but still losing the weight and have energy.
