Everyone is different, its true i have seen more Jealous women then men, but there are Jealous men as well. how do you stop, well thats hard you just have to want to stop and keep yourself in check, i am sure this would be a very very hard thing to overcome. One thing you need to do is to learn to trust, if you trust someone, you dont need Jealousy.
