  • Well you can read this but i am not so sure it will help since you can be fired for almost any reason. http://www.alllaw.com/articles/employment/article21.asp there is very little to protect the employee.
  • Get a written note from your doctor, make a copy, and take the original to the employer - If it's your supervisor trying to fire you, go to his boss. If it's that one trying to fire you, go to HR. In other words, go to the people over the head of the person trying to get you fired, and state your case (with proof) to them. If you are fired over THIS, talk to an attorney in your area. They will tell you if you have a case or not.
  • Once you have a WRITTEN note from your doctor; the employer should take you back ... If he is NOT the OWNER ; then call or get ahold of the OWNER and talk to him / her about this situation ... +5
