A few of them.

No, because my passwords exist only on another planet, so I don't have to worry about someone figgering them out. +5

I change them even more often then that! I try to keep it random and never tell my rotation schedule in case of malicious people attempting to access my accounts. Good question! +4pts.

Of course. >.<
-
Maybe not that often, but I change them at times...

rarely, if ever. Bear in mind anything of significant importance to me i use a mixture of upper/lowercase, numbers, and special characters. The odds of hacking such a password is probably greater than getting struck by lighting, winning the lottery, and finding out your wife had quintuplets, all on the same day.

No, I have two that I use, and have periodically changed then.
-
Never did, until I received a text from Yahoo, come to find out someone hacked my account and changed my secret question. I now change them often.

yes, I use an alpha numeric password of 20 digits as a base that represents a hexadecimal number, then I use a formula that I keep secret (in my head) to alter the password based on month and year. granted this isn't as safe as a alpha numeric special characters password but its much more fun!

No. I am confident that most hackers would not even have an idea of what my passwords are. They are rather unique. :-)
