Can u use regular salt, and warm water to clean your tongue piercing?

Yes you can. That's what they told me to use on my lip piercing (and they tell you to with tongues too). Apparently piercings in the mouth heal pretty quick too, and with the saliva from your mouth keeping it clean too, should be pretty good :)

No - don't have one, the piercing that is. I have a fully intact tongue.

table salt irritates the heck outta piercings i have no idea why but the only salt i've found that is good is the sea salt
