Eat well, plenty of fruit and veges, balanced diet, lots of water (not juice, just one glass of that per day), keep away from fatty foods as much as possible, wash your face with water and a gentle cleanser. But the most important thing about keeping looking young is what comes from the inside; keep yourself informed, mix with a variety of people, not just your own age group, stay away from negativity, keep active physically and mentally. that's me second from right. It was taken a few years ago, but I haven't changed. I am 50.
