according to wikipedia: A fluffer is a hired member of the crew of a pornographic movie whose role on the set is to sexually arouse the male participants prior to the filming of scenes requiring erections. Presumably, the name arose, at least in part, as a mocking reference to the hair-fluffing make-up artists who kept the starlets in non-pornographic movies looking their very best in every scene. ========== I thought it must have had something to do with pillows and blankets....boy am I naive.

Yes. A fluffer works on adult video and photo shoots. Their job is to keep the models and actors erect in between shoots.

Yes, yes I do. Don't need to read the above answers, as it was once 'casually' suggested to me by some bloke on the tube in London. My mother was right there for christ sake! I told him no thanks, and if they let guys like him appear in pornos, then no wonder people were turning to beastiality.
