Well.. When we think of something, We kind of 'hear' what we are thinking, if thats not a voice in my head i don't know what is?

Hmmm; not sure what you mean, but I hear a voice in my head while I'm thinking and it's mine. I do know some people who hear voices in their heads, but they are schizophrenic; one of them told me he tries not to tell anyone what they say and he tried to ignore them!

they arent afraid to admit it. they know if they admit it they will be considered delusional. how can a real experience be delusional?
