Dont you think people that totally change their their looks by having facial plastic surgery, ex: Michael Jackson & his sisters look ridiculous? The change is sooo extreme, they dont look nowhere near nomal.I wonder how they consider its attractve.

I think they have deep pyschological self-esteem problems. No one goes to that extreme without lacking something. I can see getting a crooked/large nose fixed but to do a Michael Jackson is way beyond normal. Even many of the female celebs that don't stop with normal breast implants, like Pam Anderson, she just keeps getting bigger and bigger ones. Somehow she don't see how rediculous they look for the size of her body.
