In my mind, it's a fair question, and I don't think you're friend is necessarily fooling herself here (though others will certainly think that she is). I mean, the goal of massage is to relax muscles and ease tension. Well, for men at least, a back massage is nice, but the job's not done if we've still got a stiffy. My wife feels relaxed when I rub the knots out of her back. I feel relaxed when she rubs the jizz out of my cock. Either way, you're using your hands on a patient's body to relieve tension. If it's done professionally, I don't think that has to be sleazy. If your friend's stripping and rubbing her tits in the guy's face and letting him feel her up while she jerks him, then she's a prostitute. But if she's giving a professional massage that doesn't ignore the most important part, then I'd say she's just doing good work. (The law would disagree with me, I'm sure.)
