Does it make you angry when people want to be your friend, on AB, when they just come on here and don't even know you?

Why would it anger me? I'm honored. I check out the profile first and if I see that this person asks questions in a rude manner and answers in an insulting way I deny. Everyone else I accept. I have no reason to deny anyone other than the particular example I gave you. If, after time, I find that this person and I don't click or have little in common I delete. Simple. But I don't get angry at all! :)

I have not meet in person 1 of the ABer's people seem pretty nice around here it's Yahoo answers.

Friend is just a word. What else should we use? It indicates someone whos' opinion we value or someone that makes a comment that amuses us. I think that defines a friend well enough for someone we have not met nor are likely to.
