If i use the factory restore button on my PS3 i know that i will lose All saved Data on my Hardrive but if i put Dont remember me on my Playstation network can i regain all Downloadable content i brought?

Use the backup utility on the console You can then restore it back from the backup: http://manuals.playstation.net/document/en/ps3/current/settings/backuputility.html

The "don't remember me" option just prevents your ps3 from storing your username and password on your ps3. It means you have to re enter your info when you access the store. So, when you set back up again, and connect to the PlayStation network, just make sure you use the same information that you used to begin with (both to set up the PS3 and to enter the PS Store) and you'll be able to re-download everything you purchased.
