Yes and I feel it is best to relax. I know that is hard to do with work and daily "must do" activities, but if possible, it is best to just lay back and think.

Take a day all to yourself and recuperate! Its the best thing to do when you feel like this. Dont push yourself, you can end up with a nervous break down!

Yes. I think it's absolutely vital to take a day off from the world. Everyone needs time to recuperate. Why push yourself to be cheerful when what you need is rest. Mentally and physically. Did you know the Bible speaks of a day of rest? It's called the Sabbath. And it's from sundown Friday evening to Saturday at sundown. The Bible also states that there is no work to be done on that day. Or business. It's truly a day of rest.
