dude i just popped one today damnit it hurts so bad and my nose is all puffy and red.

Might not be a pimple sometimes you can get an infected hair folicle from plucking your noise hair...actually most likely that's what you have.

it could also be an ingrown hair but either way popping it and cleaning it is the best thing that you can do. hurts like hell though.

Those things are horrible! I went to blow my nose and I put pressure on my nose and it just hurt so bad.

Yes, I had one way up my nostril once. Couldn't do anything about it but suffer in silence for days! Argh.
