The best guide to choosing a protein is to look at the 100g table which gives you the total amount of protein per 100g, if your protein of choice does not provide this information, it is usually is because it is made from inferior whey protein, anything under 80g at the 100g per serve is usually an inferior product. This might not mean much to most, protein is the essential for building muscle mass, if your Whey protein, does not stack up you will build muscle slower, as there is a deficit.
