Some of them do do what they say, yes. Do a search for the website on Google ("example.com") preferably with the words scam or rip, and see if it's a scam or a rip-off. How does it work? For each click (which they can count) they have sponsors who will give a certain amount of food, money, support, etc., to whatever cause they're talking about. They have a limit on the number of clicks in a given period that you can do. When they reach a certain number of clicks (see exactly when on the site), they send whatever they say they will wherever they say they will. NOTE: These are the valid sites.
