Why is it that when a woman is wearing pants or jeans,nothing is really odd but when a man dresses in a mini skirt,there's heaps of comotion?

Because Jeans and Pants are made for women, as are mini skirts. I doubt very highly that you can find a mini-skirt in the mens department. I think that one very good reason that men shouldnt wear mini skirts is eh-hem dangleage.

I get a little tingly when I see a man in a tight skirt. There's lots of places where people wouldn't bat an eye. I'm in NYC- that's one of them! ;)

I've never caused any commotion whenever I've been out in a short skirt, pantyhose, or high heels. At least, I've never had any directly around me. Most people don't bat an eye. I'm not in New York or other such place, either. I spent years in skirts, pantyhose, and heels in Indiana, and no one cared. I've spent more years in skirts, pantyhose, and heels in Arizona, and guess what? No one cares.
