Not me but, my friend went there on her honeymoon. She she it was beautiful and very private. :)

I went there when I was 9-10 (can't remember exactly). I remember it being very humid and some parts of the country were very poor. There were people begging in the city and were lots of people trying to sell things to tourists. However the locals seemed friendly even though I couldn't believe how little some of them had. On the last 3 days I was there a tropical storm hit and we were stuck inside our room. The resort that we stayed at was nice though, very modern. The beaches were also very nice with clear water and strange looking fish.
