Could you tell why some people can watch up to 3 movies a day? How many movies a week would be ideal for a normal person?

Well I think it comes down to watch you would rather watch, regular television or movies. People spend hours watching television. I would rather watch a movie. If I'm home and sitting on my laptop all day, working or doing school things, I watch movies. So I've watched 3-4 movies in a day no issue. I think the average person probably watches about two or so a week,

3 movies per day are roughly 4,5 hours per day of living missed, which can mean dinners not cooked, house not clean or scheduled work not done, or simply the part of the brain dulled which creates imagination and creational thoughts - and of course - homework not done by students or playtime not fullfilled by kids. I see only negativity in watching too many movies. I think I watched my last one on TV one year ago. I have no clue what is normal in that regard. I know several people who have not even TV's in their home. I could do without also, since I have a notebook computer and could watch news selectively and what interests me.

I have no idea how many would be ideal for a normal person because I am not, and never have been, considered normal. Long ago, as a teenager living in a Toronto suburb, I would save up my paper route money and set aside enough for a "movie" day. I would meticulously schedule the day so as to see as many movies in various theatres as possible. I would factor in walking time from the University Theatre to the Young St Odeon. Or work out whether or not a certain movie was doable at the Uptown Backstage using a combo of bus and subway after a movie in the Don Mills Cinema. My best achievement started at 9:30 AM at the University and ended just after 2:00 AM at Young St after seeing 8 movies, one after another. In my adult life, I have amassed a DVD and Hi-Def movie collection that would be the envy of many a video store. I love movies. My current career will end in the near future and my intention is to then start a career making movies. As to why anyone would want to watch up to 3 movies a day I can only ask; "For heavens sake, why would anybody not want to?" Hope this helps.

i work the night shift at my fuel station. i watch about 4 movies a night. however am always out with friends duing the day to watch anything. so i guess it really varies.
