An overly friendly neighbor keeps calling me her "FUTURE BABY DADDY". How should I deal with her without going on the Maury Show?

Tell her that it makes you feel uncomfortable.

If you dont like her and her way of being tell her, nicely. Or you could say "My girl friend and I, don't think so!"

Don't sleep with her.

Tell by all means that will never happen, and that you are spoken for.

The worst part is she jokes with her 3yr old and gets him calling me daddy... This is gonna be one confused child!

Is she a friend, or just some crazy? If she's crazy, though it's very daytime television, you could just get a restraining order to keep her (or attempt to) away. Have you just told her flat out that this makes you uncomfortable? If so, you should probably do so again, stressing just HOW uncomfortable it makes you, and how you're not going to be able to continue you acquaintance if she doesn't stop. If you rent, and all else fails, perhaps you should move.

I agree with the others. If you really don't like her in that way, honesty is your best bet.
