have you listen'd to the words? it really depends on why she is your ex. she is bascially trying to tell u that she is willing to be with you but its not gonna be same an may not for a while and she may not be the girl u remember her to be. she probably has grown a lot mentally and emotionally since yall were together and she wants to make sure your ready for all that. if your not ready then another break up may occur and she may not be ready for that...i know being a guy its hard to ask questions and you may wonder why not just say that instead of relating to a song.. i say listen to the words then ask her how it relates to yall an if you really want to be back with her you will respond to her and let her know you are ready for what ever may happen.....hope this helps
