  • When you are under stress you mentally become exhausted ,and at the same time the body ,and in long term stress can effect the health ,
  • Part of good, clean mental hygiene is the ability to handle minor stressors without getting all bunged up because of them, no? ;-)
  • I think it depends on the stress. There is good stress that motivates a person towards improvement. There is also bad stress. For me bad stress is someone who takes pleasure in pressing my buttons just to get a negative reaction. I have to remind myself to just walk away. It is not easy.

  • Everyone needs to have stress in their lives, both good and bad. Sometimes people nee to create stress in their lives (i.e. really worrying about insignificant stuff like whether yo should have a regular coke or a diet coke or whether to cut the grass today or tomorrow). If you are at an even keel, then that would probably be when your stressors are pretty balanced so your mental health shoul be at its best i would think. haven't been on for a while. Have you read the book yet (Born on a Blue Day) q:)
  • Not really but I'm sure others around me would argue that point. When it gets tense I try and go work out at the health club. 40 laps in the pool works wonders!
