He should have been reinstated years ago and this is just bud Selig using his power to let rose dangle. Rapists,racists,murderers,and worse people have been let in no questions asked. Even some of these juicers will get in and these columnists make excuses that "Oh well even if they didn't juice they would have gotten in anyways". Granted Rose should have just come clean long ago and he would have been let back into baseball. He did this himself by denying for so many years and then only coming clean to promote a book. But you know what?its time to end this debacle and let the man enter the Hall of Fame. If Ty Cobb,and Rogers Hornsby can get in,then Rose belongs as well. Gambling is a bigger offense than rape,racial attacks,and taking illegal drugs which tainted the games numbers?My ass.
