  • Though it could depend on the individual laws of each state, basically yes. In Oregon, you are considered a legal resident if you are here more than 6 months per year. In Arizona, you are considered a legal resident after 90 days, so it would be possible to be a legal resident of both of these states at the same time if you kept a home in both and spent the required time there.
