:) I like your logic. I think a lot of people believe there are aliens out there, but that they can't get to us because we are so far away.

There is a difference between visiting earth, or abducting and returning someone. But I think people want to believe in something vague, like space invaders, but they don't like it when it gets too close to them, like their neigbour saying he's been abducted.

For the record I don't believe either ..... but I will say that "aliens visit earth" is much more likely than "Tishatitus was abducted." There are conceivable reasons why aliens may wish to visit a planet but what would the aliens want to probe Tishatitus's fat stanky ass for?

It simply means that people have logic-tight compartments and can hold two opposing beliefs without being aware of the dichotomy! :)

You made me think further. Isn't it interesting that you don't hear of these stories as much any more. It seemed they were popular in the 80s, that might be telling. +4
