  • Do you have System Restore on? Have you tried turning that crap off and then try to delete?
  • Contact Doctor Who. He'll know what to do.
  • Go to recycle bin properties (right click. Global. Click use one setting for all drives. Move the slider all the way to the left - 0 percent of hard drive for recycle bin. THEN click do not move files to recycle bin. Unclick delete confirmation dialog. Click "apply". Then "OK". Restart. Delete away. Let us know if this doesn't work. This is for Microsoft Recycle bin. If you have a Norton bin or some such uninstall it.
