Why do men bitch about the "gold digger" when they go for that kind of woman in the first place?

i disagree. i don't think any man 'goes for that kind of woman' rather, what happens, is the older man fools themselves into believing that they love them for who they are, and not for their money, despite the often significant age differences you find in those types of relationships. Understand that a much younger woman can sometimes make an older man really, feel, younger too. Almost like a psychological fountain of youth. They start thinking with the wrong body part:-))
