It depends on what I did before I fell asleep (usually I read something uplifting). At times I have leaped out of bed in anticipation for the good things to happen that day. Most of the time the emotional satisfaction of being productive and happy gets me out of bed.

Memories, of being homeless decades ago. And my sense of accomplishment, and the fact that my bed now, is a helluva lot more comfortable than some of the places I slept before. 1/4 of the week spent working- for the remaining 3/4 of the week in luxury. Not a bad trade off.
