I work night shift, so nope, I rarely (if ever) sleep through the night.
-
Now I am wearing ear plugs and cannot hear the snoring-both my husband's and my own....yes.

-
Yep. I do.
-
Unfortunately not....I generally wake in the early hours and get up for a couple of hours (muck around on the computer usually) and then go back to bed and sleep for another 2 or 3 hours.
-
not at all.... i used to only wake up one during the night at around 3 to get a drink but now i wake up around 4 or 5 times a night. so frustrating.
-
Yes, I usually do.
-
Never have, wish I could just once!!
-
Sure, every time AB goes completely off line.
-
No. But I do sleep through half of my day.
-
Once I FINALLY get to sleep, I sleep through what's left of the night. And then my two little alarm clocks come crawling in at the crack of dawn!
-
Oops duplicate.
-
I could write a doctoral thesis on how much I wake up during the night. That's all thanks to sleep apnea, a lovely little disorder that goes great with insomnia and bouts of sleepwalking.
-
Nope. I wish.
-
I can't sleep for longer than 2 hours at a time... I have sleep issues...
-
I join the non-sleepers. this might be a self-seleced of ABers who are ABers because we do not sleep.
-
not in years.

Nope. Up every hour or two, and that is if I have passed out. I go in a pattern of one day no sleep whatsoever, one day sleep 10 hours, waking up ever hour or so. Not so great, but it's working for me right now. The only time I sleep right through is when you get those dreams that feel so real and you can't get out of them. And then I am there thrashing about, so I might as well be training for the marathon until my mum or Becky (my friend) pins my arms down to stop me hurting myself. If they can calm me down, I'll sleep right through from there
-
with a baby, what is sleep? I can't remember!
-
Not since my 2 back surgeries. I never realized how much I loved sleep, until I couldn't do it anymore.
-
Yes I usually do, but if I should wake up I just start saying my prayers and before I realize I would fall back asleep.
-
Not usually unless I am really tired.
-
Usually
-
yes but after i go to sleep i like dont get up for anything
-
No ! I haven't been able to in forever -
-
Mostly whats left of it
-
As long as I get to sleep before my husband (snores REALLY loud), I fall asleep quickly and am out until the alarm hits. If I didn't have an alarm, I could probably get another few hours!
-
Yes, I have a night time job.
-
it's hard for me to fall asleep. but once i'm out, i'm out. :)
-
I sleep through the night when I don't have to work or nothing major is bothering me. When I work..I'm always afraid of waking up late, regardless of any alarm clock or someone checking in on me to make sure I'm up. I just get really paranoid and wake up every couple hours and every half hour for the few hours before I'm about to get up.
-
I could sleep perfectly, but out of nowhere I woke up. So I grabbed an apple from the kitchen and started reading "The fall of reach" (First book of the "Halo" saga). Then I went back to sleep for another 3 hours and woke up to go to school. *sigh*

Glad to see you're back after a very long absence. I hope everything's fine with you. Do e-mail me. I'd love to hear from you.
-
Never, unless I'm deathly ill with the flu or something. I have been an insomniac my whole life.
-
not last night.i haven't had insomnia in a while but it sucked.
-
99% of the time.
-
No I wake up all night long.
-
Not straight through but I can usually fall asleep quickly again.
-
Takes practice but I've finally got it mastered; either sleep alone, exercise heavily before bed, drink heavily before bed, or have heavy sex to point of exhaustion.
-
No I always need to go to the bathroom.
-
not in 25 years
-
Most of the time no. I hardly ever sleep all through the night. I have horrible allergy attacks sometimes, I have to get up to pee during the night...every night, and sometimes my pet mice are playing and banging their toys agaisnt the tank too loudly and that wakes me up.
-
I can't recall ever sleeping through the night.
