When jotting things down, do you write on any unwanted scaprs of paper or does is still have a be a nice looking one?

i'll write things down on anything, but then go back and make it nice =)

Old habit from the military, I guess, but I always carry a small pocket notebook and a pen around at work and usually at home. I at least have notebooks by the phones.
