I don't, I find it rather feminine myself. My husband pierced his own ear when he was young and he had the 80's mullet workin and once when he came out of the restroom, two ladies looked at him and said, Isn't she cute? lol He took it out as soon as he got home ;)

not so much. a man with an earring just seems to be trying too hard. the only appropriate jewelry for a man is a watch and a wedding ring, and neither of those should be too frilly (big lady diamonds and etc) keep it simple

I don't find it hot... I guess it is because the kind of guys who tend to have their ear pierced in the UK are a very particualr kind of person, generally. The rest of their look is not hot, nor is their attitude - so I associate it with that. Big old generalisation, I know!
