Chew on some celery or carrots, drink water, and maybe go to bed a little earlier if you can.

Don't eat a lot of simple carbs during the day that produce cravings. Make sure you have some safe snacks. Even a few nuts will stop the hunger. Drink plenty of water and suck it up for a few minutes. It should stop.

Snuggle up with your honey...or hug your pet if you have one. Popcorn unbuttered might be a good snack.
