It means it's not in stock at the moment, but it's been ordered and you will receive it when they get more from the suppliers.

Well if they're serious it means they ordered it but their supplier hasn't provided it yet(mainly because of their supplier). . Or they could be just lying to you because they don't want to deal with you.

Whomever you are buying from, is out, they have to order it from someone else or it hasn't been made.
