For his disobedience to his father, his covetousness, and his sin against the divine arrangement of marriage, not for self-abuse, Onan, himself also childless, was put to death by God.

i dont do a 'religion' or whatever..but i do have a relationship with Jesus Christ. And it is a direct violation and sin to use my body sexually for anything other than the specific God ordained use in marraige with a wife, a person with whom you share your life and body with. At present i am i not married, i dont touch that area than for the natural use of urinating and washing it. It literally goes against my conscience to grab it and fantasize about another woman.and i vividly remember the time i first did masturbate, a time when i wasn't born again, and at the time i felt my conscience burning inside me.i knew it was wrong. i think the fact that most people want to hide their habit of masturbation shows the shamefulness of it.

Religion is absurd. Morals are not. The two are not really interrelated as so many people claim. Any church that makes stooopid rules about what a guy does with his penis in private can fuck off. It's not their affair.
