Yes I have I work at a college and I have let students loose on my hair..and yes it turned out fine..they have qualified hairdressers next to them :D

Yes I have perhaps a dozen times. One cut was a little off but her instructor fixed it up and I was happy with the result.

When I was younger and more into fashionable hair, I often went to get my hair done at the college. I never had any bad experiences at all. Also the teacher is always on hand checking things out and helping out if the student doesn't quite know what to do. I saved a lot of money doing this, and getting a good fashionable hair cut, and sometime a better job than the local hairdresser I went to. Yes I know I'm a bloke, but when I was in my teens blokes my age were going to heardresser's to get our hair done.

Wife has. Lets face it, some students are more talented than others. The questions is, how do you know which is the better student? Ask. Wife did and she had no surprises. She really loved this girls haircutting and has been her customer ever since.

My friend used to go and get her hair colored by students. They did a very bad job, she came out with the roots a different color. While I was there with her I let one of them cut my hair. It was bad, it was very bad!!! I told my friend I could do here hair and do a better job. The next time she went to K-Mart bought the stuff and I did it. It came out looking much better.

Long ago when we had three boys to have haircuts, we tried it. The first time went great. The second time was awful. Never again.
