Sounds like a classic example of feeling numb and hopeless.
Get some help. Talk to a therapist to get to the root of the issue.
What happened when you were 11? Get help.
I am sorry to hear that life isn't so great for you right now. I have felt those similar feelings before when I was a teenager.
I am not a psychologist so I do not want to speculate as to the cause of your problems, however I have had depression and a personality disorder. What you describes reminds me very much of certain aspects of that. You should go to your GP and talk to him/her about it. You can then be referred to a psychologist for a proper diagnosis and then they can give you all sorts of cognitive therapies/counselling, and some medication to help you along the way while you work it through, if you both think that you would benefit from that too.
It is difficult to get through alone, but there is lots that can be done to help you, and lots that can be taylored to meet exactly your needs, and your doctors will do everything they can for you, you just have to go and ask for that help.
It could be a number of things. I would recommend seeing a doctor to rule out anything physical, but more importantly, you need to see a therapist. This is no way to live your life and there is help out there if you reach for it.
yes. I spent about 14 years in the void, I entered it aound 10th grade, partialy escaped it at age 22, got married at 23, had I had a good wife I probably would have gotten out within a year or 2, but instead I did not completely escape till she left at age 30. learn strength from the void, it will give you an advantage few people learn. but endulge any emotions you feel, even sadness, to the maximum extent you can, I found music helped amplify what few emotions I felt.
ya its vey simple just i think ur not having any close relation with otheres just try relation with lots of people even try playing with childrens or animals surely it will work bcos it depends on different of them
Serotonin imbalance maybe. Could just be a phase (I know its been 6 years). Talk to a professional.
There must be a reason why you are like this. What happened when you were 11, to cause this emotional dissociation? It might be an idea to try counselling - are you still at school or college?
Yes, go to church.
