Yep. Something is wrong. You say you don't go to sleep until 3:30 to 4:00. My question back to you is what time do you go to bed? How many hours does it take to fall asleep? Sounds like a very common problem. Over active brain. Need to settle the brain. Learn some mind control techniques and meditation would do you wonders. Also your diet should be considered. Caffeine of course is bad. And some foods as well.
