inside the distributor is a control module, it's bad
Just because you find power coming from the coil doesn't mean there's enough. Dodge has a common failure rate of ignition coils
Does it have fuel in the tank?
What are the chances that the wire from the coil to the distributor is bad? Try swapping it out with one of the plug wires to see if it reaches the distributor. Querty's answer is valid. Had that happen once to me.
My 96' Ford Ranger, 4.0 is idling badly. Smells like gas as well. Changed one of the o2 sensors, coolant temp sensor as well.

You're reading 1995 dodge rm van 3.9 has spark from coil but will not spark though distributer to the plug wires ,replaced pick-up coil, crank senser, distributer cap and rotor{twice} has fuel pressure just no spark getting through coil fires hot . thanks for help
