The name of the picture actually gives the problem away...your bios is corrupted. The BIOS is a very small "operating system" (in a way similar to windows, but MUCH more rudimentary) that sits on your motherboard, and is designed to run a basic operations test on your hardware, and assuming everything passes, attempt to find and load a more complex operating system (like windows) to give control of your computer over to. You can often solve this problem by "flashing" your bios (or replacing it), a process that varies slightly depending on the type of motherboard, or by simply replacing the motherboard itself.

Looks like its working fine to me! Seriously though, you may need to replace your bios/motherboard.

The problem could be your BIOS, try to flash it or replace it with a new one. If you are using a PCI video adaptor remove it and try a different one and see if the problem persists
