I don't eat anything for breakfast but always have a glass of whey protein. It is a great way to supplement my protein intake since I don't eat much meat anymore, and it is low calorie, low carb, and high in several important nutrients.

Grape Nuts cold cereal. However, I put brown sugar on it and skim milk. I ate it after warming it up in the microwave for 30 seconds.
