You lied to your s/o about a relatively small issue and think it's too late to tell the truth about that matter. Do you think it's best to just continue to lie about it?

The problem with lying is that you have to remember what you said. What are you lying about - or is it soemthing that is best not mentioned; there is a difference between making up a story to cover up something bad that you did, and simply not mentioning something that if revealed would cause uneccessary upset.....

Of all people to lie to, this might be one of the worst. You're home is supposed to be a haven for you to come home to, not a place where secrets hide and you have to put on yet another false front. The only way to create that is to come clean and stay clean. +5
