I rescued a guinea pig and when i stroke her, she seems a little agrovated and uncomfortable around her back end. When she peed on my mum, it was red. Is this a problem? Her cage mate died a month ago.

I would take her to a vet right away. I don't know much (thankfully, my cavy is pretty healthy), but I do not that guinea pigs are quite susceptible to urinary tract infections.
