Question

Help answer this question below.

I don't dance but have a habit of standing on demi-pointe because when I do my foot/ankle cracks. I have it in my head it is a good thing to do. Is it actually doing me any damage getting these clicks out?

You can hear my body crack and click for blocks away I am afraid, when I get up and stretch in the morning. You would find that true with all dancers. No,no harm in doing that.

Nope no damage, all that is is small gass bubbles in your joints being compressed & popping, just like bubble wrap!!!

My chiropractor mentioned that the foot does have a 'subluxion point'. So it makes sense that it'd 'crack' without doing damage. And yes, if your foot hurts as in feeling that 'pinched' nerve, that does fix it in my experience.
